What causes leakage?
Tremor movement, severe earthquake, conceal pipes and underground works may cause the membrane to tear. Of course wear and tear plays a major part as well.
How long does the toilet waterproofing work take?
It takes about 3 hours to complete the job and after it is done, the toilet floor must be dry for a two-day curing period, but you still can use the toilet bowl & wash basin.
Where are your products made in?
We sourced our Waterproofing products all over the world and set up our production with our chemist in Shandong China. Our products are also tested by Setsco Singapore. Our parent company uses them and have done thousands of toilets in Singapore for the past 15 years.
Is the chemical toxic and will it affect my family?
No it is not toxic as tested by Setsco Singapore, and it is safe for your family members.
Will it damage or stain the floor tiles?
Our product is soluble based and will not stain the floor tile as tested by Setsco Singapore.
Can I re-arrange the schedule date if I am unable to make it on that day?
If you are unable to meet on that scheduled date, please give us at least 3 days in advance so we can let other customers have the slot and you can still schedule on other days at your convenience. But if on the scheduled date and no one is at home (no-show) to receive us, there will be a $100 admin charge before you are able to re-schedule.
What happen if I sell my house? Is the Protection Plan still valid under the new owner?
Yes, it will be transferred to the new owner because we will only service the protected unit.
If my Protection Plan has already expired, and let’s say I buy again six months later; is the waiting period of one year still needed?
Yes, for every lapse or new sign up, there will always be a one year waiting period to prevent abusing of the system.
What should I do when there is a leakage after one year waiting period?
Login to our system and select the available date and time at your convenience. Our service technician will come to your rescue.
Is there any other cost involved during the repair work?
Only waterproofing job is protected, other job is charged base on that scenario – for example replacing of toilet cover or touch up on the affected ceiling.
What happens when the waterproofing is done but still leaking?
We will arrange our specialist to assess and do the necessary work to stop the leakage at No Extra Cost. But if the leakage is due to conceal piping / aircon trunking and external wall or other causes, then you will have to arrange your contractors to rectify.
I have stayed in my house for more than 15 years and have not encountered any toilet leakages. Why would I buy this Protection Plan package?
Just like in any Insurance you buy, you will never know when you will need it. But if you do, the cost might be too high for you to bear, thus buying a Protection Plan with us at a small cost will ease your mind on toilet leakages.
What does this Protection Plan Package covers?
This Protection Plan covers toilet floor leakages, but does not cover leakages due to conceal piping / aircon trunking and external wall.
Who can buy this Protection Plan package?
Anyone can buy for their residential unit, and you are also welcome to buy for your family members, relatives and even friends as a GIFT.
What do I need to know about this offer
There are several packages (3-yr, 5-yr and 10-yr) for you to choose from. You will need to sign up as a member and enjoy these value-for-money packages.
Is there a refund policy?
There is a free-look period of seven (7) days.
Can I extend my Protection Plan midway thru the contract period?
Yes you may do so. Please email us at info@b4.sg and our friendly staff will attend to you in 2 working days.
You only collect $1.50/month per toilet for a 10-year Protection Plan period, is it risky for you? I know it cost more than $1,000 to waterproof a residential toilet in Singapore with only 1 year Protection Plan.
In any types of businesses we do, there are bound to be risk involved. We have done our calculation on this and have decided to take up the challenge.
There are no other waterproofing companies offering these Protection Plan packages. Can I trust you?

What are the Terms and Conditions?
1. Owner shall notify B4 International Waterproofing Pte Ltd following the discovery of each leak by logging in to the system to schedule an appointment.2. In the event of no-show on the appointment day, there will be a S$100 charged. Upon payment, owner then be able to schedule for the next available date.3. This Protection Plan does not apply to any of the followings: • Leakage caused by concealed or any types of piping, air-con trunking and external wall. • Damaged ceiling board / concrete spalling. (Repair and painting of any toilet ceiling shall be of additional cost).4. During the period of this Protection Plan, B4 and its employees, shall have free access to the residential unit / building during business hours.5. This Protection Plan is extended solely and exclusively to the premise one (1) year after the Protection Plan is registered. It does not extend nor is it otherwise assignable or transferable to any other party or units.6. There shall be a seven (7) day free-look period in the event you would like to terminate this contract. Full Payment shall be refunded.NO REPRESENTATIVE OF B4 INTERNATIONAL WATERPROOFING PTE LTD HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.
